Fine views from balcony

The deluxe double room we stayed in was modern with access to the balcony was locked and basic amenities plus nice shower.

The bed was not comfortable here.

The place was fairly clean and we loved family room. The location was nice and unbeatable yet it was a short way from downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. It also was about a 5-minute walk to Ionian Sea. The staff was very friendly and efficient and the views were wonderful!

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a fine sea view from the balcony. The bathroom had nice toiletries, and I loved the feeling of the Jacuzzi! There was some noise from the kitchen fans, a bit annoying at times.

The breakfast on the rooftop included a good variety of freshly baked pastries and local delicacies. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with our requests. The location can be a bit tricky to access without a car, which could be improved.

Had a wonderful stay during a short visit to explore the nearby attractions. The room was spacious and had a lovely sea view, which made waking up a joy. The breakfast on the top floor offered a nice variety, although the hot food choices were quite limited. Staff were friendly and assisted us with all our requests promptly, which added to the pleasant experience.

Acicastello is nice little fishermen's village and this hotel is quite nice place to stop, though it's not very close to the village center. Good place, if you don't want to stop in "usual" (and probably more expensive) touristic places on that coast.The hotel has swimming pool and sunbathing area in patio and every room seemed to have the balcony (no sea view in standard room).

Internet use for extra fee.

The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from Riviera Dei Ciclopi Marina. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were attentive and helpful.

Twice I sent email messages to the hotel asking for transport from the airport, which I assumed to be fairly close. I received no reply from the hotel and eventually the taxi to the hotel cost more than the room itself! At the airport I called the hotel and was misinformed of the cost, no effort was made to arrange a taxi for us. The manager brushed off my complaint. Thus short on cash after the taxi expense, it was a long walk into town the next morning to find a cash machine, took 3 times more time than they said it would. The hotel doesn't allow adjustment of temperature from the room, you must call the receptionist to change the temperature of a room. Breakfast was not very good, nothing cooked. The hotel seemed almost empty...for good reason.

It's a brand-new hotel with comfortable modern and well-appointed rooms. The location of the venue in Aci Trezza is perfect, close enough to the hillside overlooking the Ionian Sea. The place to order dinner just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel is Trattoria da Federico.

Couples seeking a cost-effective getaway

The best part was waking up to that lovely view from the balcony every morning. That jacuzzi in the bathroom? Yeah, really hit the spot after a long day.

I was blown away by the fine panoramic views of the Ionian Sea from the rooftop during breakfast! The spacious Beautiful Double Room with a balcony was my sanctuary, letting in beautiful light and offering direct access to the calm outdoor pool area. Each encounter with the friendly staff, elevating my entire experience!

Absolutely loved the breakfast on the rooftop with a killer view and fresh croissants that would make any pastry lover swoon! The location is great for hitting nearby spots like Aci Castello and, oh, Mt. Etna! Perfect spot for road-trippers looking to explore.
